Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from your billing dashboard at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and upgrading unlocks the higher plan's features and limits immediately.
How is customer ID and licence data protected?
Customer records — including IC numbers, licence details, and document uploads — are stored in an encrypted database with role-based access control. Only authenticated staff within your company can view them. All admin actions on sensitive records are written to the audit log.
What payment methods do you support?

What happens to my data if I cancel?
